Gemma Ray was immediate in the availability of refund (get an EBay gift card or wait for a few days for a credit back to card). I was issued an immediate return label which the minute I took to the USPS to drop it off and was scanned, the gift card was there! So of course I reordered the correct size. I just got them and in perfect condition! As well as prompt shipping. Five stars in customer service, value, and quality of product!
