    Not Sure This Is OEM Standard

    After purchasing a budget suspension rod kit for my Whirlpool Cabrio washer, I have to be cautious about recommending this kit. The reason is that the budget suspension rod kit failed immediately, and I had to spend the money for an OEM quality kit. That may not be fair, this is a different set of parts, but one bad apple (experience) affects the rest The shaft, bearings, and tub seal seem to be of good quality. but I'm still not sure if they meet OEM standards. Time will tell the tale on that. The parts all installed smoothly, and are functional, but, again, the true test is how long they last. I was disappointed to see the sealant and grease came in unlabeled, generic tubes, so I had to squirt out some to see what was what. Not good. I ended up using a marine sealant and grease I ...

    Great supplement to a incorrectly done bearing repair. Had new bearings and grease (no glue). Redo is still working great!

    After replacing the Tub into the washer too soon, my first repair on the Kenmore did not last because the glue did not set correctly. This item was a great supplement to my first kit that let me re-use most of what I had to re-do the repair correctly. Luckily I had enough glue left over from the first repair, this kit DOES NOT come with glue. Redo of the repair is working great.

    Good value

    I purchased this product as the seal failed in my Maytag Bravos washer. The washer was making a loud noise during the spin cycle. Having replaced many bearings in antique cars, I chose not to purchase the installation tool. Following the included directions was easy and the fix went well. The washing machine is quiet and like new. Good product.

    Perfect

    Bought this to fix a Cabrio that was given to me for free because it wasn't washing properly anymore and they didn't have the time to repair it. I got these parts very quickly and they were packaged perfectly. It took me a couple hours to replace them because the old ones really liked being in there and refused to come out. But once I got the old parts out, these new ones fit like a glove with very little install hassle. I have read reviews on others buying these parts and most were saying things like "I wish it came with more glue" or I wish it came with the grease". Let me tell you, I don't know what parts they were ordering but this is the COMPLETE kit. It has more than enough grease and glue to install 3 baring and shafts so I don't know what those reviews were talking about. I had no ...

    Washer is running great - no more vibration and noise.

    Package had all the parts I needed. No real instructions to go with it so that was the only drawback on this, making sure I put the parts where they went.
