  so it started out i bought the item that was in stock then they gave me a bogus tracking number that showed the part was still in India, i sent 4 emails 3 of which he never responded to, after contacting ebay they said oh we just got this part in and we will gladly ship it to you if you drop this case.... i demanded my refund and am still waiting. this guy sold an item he didnt have to me then after being totally busted by ebay did he only respond! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VINTAGE-13 EVER!!!!!!!

  Seller offered 5% discount on watchlist item. Then never shipped, no communication, no response to messages, no cancellation or refund. Had to get refund via eBay, which became possible after the month-long estimated arrival date passed. And, seller still has the original item page up at the same original price (a few hundred $).
