  Very positive review: The courier lost the initial package, so seller immediately sent another package, this was again lost in transit. And without hesitation the seller issued me a refund! I am so very impressed with the way in which this was handled, despite me not receiving my item, I could not recommend this seller highly enough! They did everything they could to resolve my issue, and when they couldn’t they had no issue with issuing a refund! 10/10 service, A+++++ eBay seller.

  Email from PO said delivered to neighbour No 98 Orchard Way Barnham (PO22 0HY) afternoon of Saturday 17 May. Neighbour was in all afternoon, nothing delivered. No response to enquiry to PO. Sunday 18 May, based on a hunch, visited other 98 Orchard Way s in a 5 mile radius. Eventually arriving at 98 Orchard Way, South Bersted (PO22 9JB) where a kind lady handed over the parcel. The label on the parcel clearly stated Orchard Way Banham PO22 0HY. Postman that cannot read!

  Unfortunately, the wrong version of the wing mirror glass was sent to me and does not fit my model. However, customer service was excellent and quickly refunded me and I didn’t need to faff about and send the original back. Item was well packaged and it was dispatched and arrived very quickly so cannot complain about the service.

  Excellent customer service - I unknowingly ordered the wrong part and contacted the seller about it. I received a response the very next day advising they'd replace it (even though I didn't need it in the end!) I'll definitely use these guys again, for any future parts I may need.
