Superb quality
I only wanted to replace the orange cutting plate as I bought my machine 2nd hand. The original plate had been ingrained with deep cut dies by the previous owner, which left marks on the card I used to die cut things. if I didn't avoid those areas on the mat. I think Tonic make them to last for a lifetime which i have every confidence my new one will!

The kettle is very quiet , and there is ...
The kettle is very quiet , and there is no indicator light when it is first turned on so we were worried it wasn't working. However it did boil a full kettle in about 3½minutes, although it seems to boil rapidly for about 20 seconds before turning itself off. Make sure you do not fill it over the recommended level or you will have boiling water spilling out dangerously.
