Thus is a tough one, it is a nice product, seemingly well made hut may be a challenge to install on US plumbing fixtures. The coupling to mount the shower head seems to use British pipe thread rather than 1/2 NPT as is common in the US, so you may need to rethread your pipe or connection fittings oe use a suitable adapter
