  I doubt this seller could have done much more than he did for me!! The handset was described to both of us as a dual sim phone!! But they simply are not!! You have to buy one at a probably inflated cost. But again the seller has stepped up and paid for one for me. (OK I suppose he was duped as well?) But he has stood up and paid for a sim slide for me. Though I should say, there is either a two sim slide OR A single sim and a sd card slot. But NOT BOTH? SO something you may want to be aware of?

  Interesting one. I didn’t get to enjoy the item as in transit via Royal Mail the item was damaged… but, the seller was communicative throughout, never doubted or debated the fact, apologetic, went above and beyond to help source an alternative to ensure I got the item. When items are posted they do go out of the seller/buyer control to a degree… it’s not the fact that things go wrong that matters so much as what happens when they do to fix and this guy was top notch!
