Unfortunately, this item is not working ...

Unfortunately, this item is not working as it should. I put several sets of new batteries in the toy, and the animation does not work at all. I am so disappointed, but will try again tomorrow to see if it will work. I have manually manipulated the toy to loosen it up, and so far, it refuses to "hump." The sound works fine, it just will not move at all. As I said, I will put another set of new batteries in to see if it will work tomorrow. 😔
