“Genuine” is the ONLY way to go

Hi there, Don’t just replace the Idler & Tensioner pulleys, go the whole hog with this Ford Genuine Tensioner Kit (DBK123BAK1T), it’s the only way to go. The kit comes complete with everything you need to do the job properly the first time, it includes the Tensioner, Idler, Drive Belt, Bolts & O rings. Don’t even think of going aftermarket, it’s just not worth it. John (vk3hjq)

Great stands for the price.

Hi there, These Torin Black Jack T46001C 4000kg Blue/Yellow Jack stands are the best & safest jack stands I have ever used, and I have used a few different ones over the years, the safety pins in these stands is a great idea, not that these stands would every come down anyway. The stands are very well built and very stable to use, they also have rubber boots fitted to the top of the stands to stop your car from being marked. I had a small problem with the stands that the safety pins keep falling out that have a small chain attached (so you don’t lose the pin), so I did a simple modification and drilled a hole in the opposite end of the safety pin and then attached an R Shaped Clip pin with another chain (so as not to lose this pin), now all I do is push the safety pin into the stand and out the other side and then push the R Shaped Clip pin through the hole, this now stops the safety pin from coming out. All in all, these are great stands for the price. P.S. I always leave my trolley jack/s under the car as well for added safety, just in case. John (vk3hjq) 21/09/2017
