Footpads for equipment
Item is as described. They are made of a resilient synthetic rubber. The adhesive on them seems adequate. Would recommend and would buy more if needed.

Vintage Cornell Dubilier "greenie" meets specs
The Cornell Dubilier PM film tubular film capacitors also known as "greenie" are the best of the vintage film capacitors. They consistently have very low leakage and 90 percent of them are within 10% of the stated capacitance. The ones that do not meet specs ate at worst 11% to 15% higher than the stated value. Be aware that the Sangamo green tubular capacitors from the same era are paper/wax and typically have unacceptable leakage, about the highest leakage of any of the vintage tubular capacitors.
