Freshly unboxed but have connectivity problems and with that sorted by Google buds support, then it's battery and the buds suddenly cut out about 80%

Freshly unboxed but have connectivity problems and with that sorted by Google buds support, then it's battery and the buds suddenly cut out about 80% straight to zero. Idek how this is possible. From full charge, only listened to for about 6 minutes and off they die. Not particularly happy with this product.
