Works, just need to press start.
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich Works surprisingly well, especially compared to the multicarts of yesteryear.
Saves work on games that use it (or at least all the important ones), and all the games I've tested are the actual english versions.
The only downside I can think of is, at least for mine, you have press start after a short amount of time on the "wait" screen. It doesn't signify you need to press start, so I thought it was still loading and was broken/not loading. Only upon rapidly pressing buttons trying to get any sign of life did I eventually realize the start button needs to be pressed to actually enter the game after getting to the "wait" screen for it to load.

Great for 771 mod: Gaming on a budget
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I decided that I wanted to get into PC gaming again, and instead of building a whole new computer I decided to upgrade my existing lga 775 rig. I slapped in a GTX 750 Ti and this processor. In order to install this CPU into a 775 board, all you have to do is buy and put on a 771 mod sticker onto the bottom, cut a part of the mobo and slap this puppy in. I was able to easily get it to 3.5GHz, and was only restricted by heat. I'm sure I could push more if I added a better heatsink to it. Cinebench R15 scores increased from 183 to 294. Not a huge increase, but I notice a much bigger impact on in-game performance compared to benchmarks I've run. Definitely a worth-while upgrade for old lga 775 computers on a tight budget.
