Not genuine Norelco and here's proof.
These are not genuine Norelco heads. They do NOT feature the lift and cut system as shown in the photo(fake on the left, genuine on the right). They simply have the cutting blades without the lifting mechanism. There's a reason why they only show the front of the box in the photos section. If you compare the sides of the box to the genuine article, you would see differences there too. As a result, you won't get a super smooth shave and the blades will tug on the shaver more so than with the genuine product.

Worked perfectly - has good instructions
This set is complete. It has bushings to rebuild the motor shaft which I didn't use. It's 'very easy to simply replace the large white gear that typically gets shredded. Replacing the worm gear on the motor shaft takes a little more work but the instructions are well written. $30 and a couple of hours doing the repair is well worth it considering new openers are $200 or more. The photo shows the old shredded gear being replaced with the new white one.
