It'll work but has to be modified.
I ordered this tool as it was specific to our year and model BMW 330i. I figured it was a plug and play type of tool. While the outside & inside diameter is correct, the interface between the splines of the tool and the clutch is too tight. I have to trim the tool to clear the clutch splines. It's just a few thousands per side, so I'll make it work. We are using an aftermarket clutch, so it's possible the tool would work with a factory clutch.
