Very Solid Wheel
This is a lot nicer than the standard wheel you will get on a store bought BMX bike ( by store I mean Walmart, Target etc ). One major warning is that the axle is 14mm not 3/8" ( must be around 10mm ) so a lot thicker and will not fit in a standard BMX frame unless you file out the rear dropouts ( a non-trivial task ).
My nephew's rear wheel is now indestructible.
The rim, hub and spokes are all of high quality and the wheel is nice and true.

Does the job for occasional use
The device is cheap ( i.e. low cost ). It is all plastic except for the screws. I am using it to prime a very long feed to my sprinkler pump from the canal behind my house. I had some trouble finding the correct hoses at my Home Depot. The fittings seem to be for 1-1/4" but the only hoses I could find where short lengths of clear plastic hose that were rather stiff. You might have more luck at a pool supplies store or here on Ebay.
The pump works quite effectively. I would rather have bought a somewhat better pump for which I could source a replacement diaphragm because that is the part that will fail ( wear or rot ). It seems to pump quite strongly, a lot of volume per stroke and certainly did what I needed.
