Great for hot flashes and night sweats!
I buy one each year before summer and use it until nights get cold. I use it UNDER my pillow and if I wake up "flashing", I pull it down just below my pillow. That little bit sticking out is enough to cool me off. I buy a new one each year because the pad inside can breed mold. Totally worth a couple of dollars!

Everyone needs this book!
One of the best books ever, especially the first chapters dealing with the 23rd Psalm. I've bought several copies for friends who are struggling, and they all have said the book has been a great help and comfort to them. I re-read my copy all the time as a devotional. Great simple to read, practical, Bible-based book. I highly recommend it for all!

Awesome cleanser!
This is one of my favorite cleansers. Gentle on the skin yet it removes all traces of oil and makeup. No residue feel after rinsing. Love it!
