Poor "Upgrade" to the Sony MDRRF985RF
I've used several pairs of Sony 985RK phones. The sound on them are fabulous and they fit over the ears, which makes them super comfortable. Strangely Sony replaced them with the 995RK, which have smaller ear pieces, applying constant annoying pressure on the ears. The sound remains excellent, so I will keep them in storage and when my 985's break down (it happens) I'll try to construct some kind of memory foam at the ear pieces to replace the hard foam that's there now. Too bad...
