  Product was shipped fast and seller responded to questions quickly. Product was described "new with box" and although they were in great condition and nearly as described, there were some scuff marks that indicated they had been worn and cleaned up before. Overall good experience.

  BY FAR one of the absolute BEST purchase experiences I've ever had on eBay. Marked as shipped within an hour, and ACTUALLY shipped less than a day later. Which arrived just a couple days after that; exactly as pictured and described. THANK YOU!🙏🏼

  The Auto-harp was listed as "used" but it never worked because two of the chord bars had broken pins. I contacted the seller and supplied these pictures. 1st, the seller claimed it happened in shipping. 2nd, said I damaged the unit as a scammer. 3rd, google searched me to find the church that I work at. 4th, the seller threatened me with police action. 5th, said I need therapy and should be medicated. I got eBay involved to get my return. Glad this is over. I do not recommend this seller.

  Seller put in a claim before the item was delivered per tracking and alerts sent to me. All of the pictures prove that the item was not damaged. Customer became a bully to the extreme. I did understand why he became so hostile, angry and belligerent because I informed him that the original photos from all angles did not show what he was claiming. I even went to the place I purchased it from to ask them if it was damaged. They also said that there were no issues or damage

  Clearly, the seller still will not admit the Auto-harp had "Internal Damage" which I proved by removing the cover and taking the pictures I supplied.The seller's "Nice Pictures" do not prove an instrument is playable, and I enlarged the seller's picture that showed the Eb and F7 keys were broken when shipped.The seller could have taken the Auto-harp to a music store, but instead keeps calling me names. I only filed an eBay claim after the seller would no longer communicate. Glad I'm Done.

  Unfortunately post office bent the extension wand during shipping BUT seller was VERY EASY to work with and was willing to send another one for cost of shipping. Would DEFINITELY deal with again.
