  Fast postage, not in boxes to save on postage which is fair enough but there were less sticks in one packet, I've only given 3 stars as I contacted the seller and the response I got wasn't satisfactory. Wouldn't buy from again.

  I have purchased from this seller a few times now, and I have to say the customer service is first class. Quick to reply to my messages , and super helpful. The candles arrived in perfect condition and are beautiful .

  They sent the wrong food they sent complete food instead of food sticks they took £14:99p out of my bank account and their invoice said the food was £3:49p and £4:99p for post and package add them both together and that doesn't come to £14:99p I don't like to complain but the food isn't cheap.

  I think they have left bad feedback from an other order as all our stock comes from our warehouse
