This seller messed up his listing regarding shipment, then accused me of attempting to pull a fast one. my "Best Offer" was accepted and my credit card charged immediately as is the Ebay policy. This charge included the shipment fee he charged as the listing plainly stated. When he learned that the FedEx fee was much more than he charged, he tried to say I had specified that shipment which is untrue, made up some lie about a problem with my address and canceled the transaction after the sale.
