Building Small Boats by Greg Rossel (1998, Hardcover)

For me, it's like many say, "it's a page turner." I can't wait until I can turne some more.

I knew what the book was about, "building small boats." What I didn't expect was how enjoyable the book is to read. Kinda of folksy, with John Wayne giving a few punch lines here and there. It's hard to put down and I'm anxious to pick it up this afternoon to read some more. The real question is: will I build a wooden boat now?

The Cross Pein is beautiful, the head is a little small but easy to handle adjusting my wooden hand planes. Just what I was looking for.
