Extend the life of work boots
Better than others I have tried, seem to last longer before needing to be replaced, still not ideal, but for the price good enough, simple and quick to install using tacks not glue. Last about 2 weeks of regular daily use on work boots before wearing out and detaching

Don't waste your money
I bought this product in the hope of reducing the number of interruptions during the night from 5 to less than 3, I have used half the bottle and have noticed no difference, daytime frequency is also unchanged. I wont be buying again
