It is ok product.
You get what you pay for applies here as well. Post shave feel is not like a $40 aftershave and I was not expecting it either.
But for a summer morning lazy shave, i dont mind reaching out for Rose of Bulgaria aftershave. Scent is not complex and it is a simple one dimensional rose smell. However I have smelled higher end rose scents but that's a different price point.

This is the best badger brush I have. Badger brushes are notorious for lack of any spine but ian has addressed that adequately. This brush has a good spine into it because the bristle count is much more than you get with fly by night sellers elsewhere. In fact if I knew how 'filled' this one will turn out I would have ordered a 22MM instead of 24 but am not returning it as this one is a keeper.
I would rate the stiffness a shade below the boar brush. It retains enough lather for a two pass shave. There was no hair shedding or any odder noticed on first use. Hard puck or cream, you are covered. If all natural hairbrush is your thing, go for it.
The brush feel solid and resin handle is weighty. Overall it is very well constructed. I am happy camper with this one.

Great Shave stick
This tallow based shave stick is top quality stuff. Speick stick is not in the same league as MWF or Tabac in slickness but it holds its own well. This stick doesn't required any blooming and lathers easily.
You can also grate the stick in your favorite shaving mug instead of sing it on face. Grated stick works up the later in no time for me.
