Correct filter. Incorrect O-ring.
Filter is correct for a 2017 Outlander, the O-ring is not. Turns out they are cheaper from my local dealer...

Not OE quality but not OE price either.
It fits as well as can be expected for a cat that is 1/8th the price of OE. Packaging is poor at best. It's a miracle that all the hardware stayed in the box during shipping. Heat shield brackets were destroyed during shipping, I cut them off and made my own. It's nowhere near as heavy or well built as the Mopar cat it's replacing. So far it has about 250 miles on it and the P0420 code has not come back on. Downstream O2 numbers look great for now, only time will tell...
