Mitten Strings for God
One of the single best books that I have ever read. Despite the book's title, there is little to no religious reference or undertone. It is simply a mother's guide to finding the simpler things in life and enjoying your children and life in its simplicity, and living in the moment, not overscheduling, overbuying, overindulging, and all the other traps that modern society seems to force upon us. I so thoroughly enjoyed the book, I asked that my book club read it, and the response was overwhelming. I highly recommend this book for any mother, whatever age. This is a timeless classic that I will keep on my shelf for reference for years to come.

I loved it the first day I tried it on and wore it to the beach. However, the fabric is NOT durable and I caught it on a doorframe and it tore.
