Classy looking, great functionality with these tuners.
These are good tuners that replace Klusons with the screw-in bushing (not the press-fit). They are much lighter, and work smoothly. I like the extra small buttons because they turn more precisely than large buttons, for me, anyway. Also, they are much lighter than the original tuners, so the headstock will be lighter, too- if you have an SG it helps a lot.

Useful upgrade to a LP
There's an audible difference to a locked down stop bar tailpiece compared to the normal one held there by string tension alone. The strings ring louder, and longer, at least to my ears. Also, the screws clamp down on the tailpiece and hold it down when doing string changes. The Faber design is superior to others that have tiny little grub screws on the side, this design clamps down the tailpiece with the large tailpiece studs producing very good stability.

Important Upgrade
With a Tusq nut, strings will almost never bind at the nut any more, putting an end to almost every tuning problem you may get. Most decent tuners will hold tune, and they are rarely the problem when a guitar won't hold tune. The problem is that the strings will bind at the nut, or less commonly, at the contact point(s) of the bridge. If the string can slip through these two choke points, you won't have tuning problems, assuming you have decent tuners and you wound your strings around the posts properly. Tusq is known for producing guitar nuts made of an extremely slippery material that looks like plastic, but works a lot better. Strings at pitch keep in tune, even if your technique includes a lot of bends.
