BEAUTIFUL BUT FRAGILE
Beautiful & detailed model - and the most expensive I have ever purchased - yet some of the details (windshield wipers, radio antenna) are so loosely attached I worry about breaking or losing them. I know these models have to be a trade-off between sturdiness and fine detail so just be careful if you get one. Since I have my soapbox out anyway - I wish model makers would design the head, tail, turn signal & emergency lights so LEDs could be added without drilling & cutting these tiny & fragile fittings. And since it's painted in most cases anyway, molding the dashboard in clear plastic so crazy guys like me can light those too would be nice. Otherwise a great addition to my 1950's CHP collection.
