Kickr mat, not all dat
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I am not a fan of the edges of this mat. They do not stay down and are constantly flipping up. Tried all the online suggestions, running a hairdryer does help for a moment, but the edges start flipping up again. Bummer, I really wanted to love this thing, but I really can’t recommend, especially for the price.

Lovin my new Teeters Chin-up bar system.
I have multiple fractures in my pelvis and the boots have made recovery a lot better by allowing me to just be still and let my body naturally align. Definitely wear shoes to help hold the boots in place.
Great for simple exercises while upside down, or when using the chin-up bar to work Abs.
