  The car's wheels had their tiny outer rim paint flaking and falling off in some places. (Still in blister brand new, factory defect maybe) The photos did not show it, description did not mention it. In the end, the seller agreed to do a partial refund, so I am satisfied with the resolution. I could take stars off the "matches description" but won't, since he came through.
