Lithium 18650 battery. sold as 3800Ah
I purchased 10 of these 3800Ah 18650 battery. I charged them before use and then tried to use them but they all failed to work. so I tested both voltage and Ah. from fully charged batteries voltage read 4.2v (normal ) and dropped to 3.6v in use. Ah was way off. stated to be 3800Ah they didn't come close. in fact the didn't even read 1000Ah but came in at 521Ah at highest. very poor quality and not enough power to run anything other than a torch that requires very low power.
