  Item was not in working condition. Seller was obviously aware because the piece of machinery that was broken was concealed within the packaging. Should not have been advertised as a condition in working condition if seller is knowingly shipping a non working machine with the expectation that the buyer can fix the issue. Very dissatisfied.

  The dryer was fine when removed, but we cracked the gas valve, so I included a replacement. The valve is at the point of connection, so I did not think it was a big deal. Theo called me, angry, and I explained the situation. I also called him a few weeks later to be sure that the install went well, but he had not installed it yet. I told him that I wasn't going anywhere and to call me if there were any issues. I called one time since, but did not get a call back.
