Great curtains
I bought these curtains more for insulation than darkening effect. They certainly darken the room and they do insulate against the sun and the cold of my big window. I just wish I had picked a lighter color rather than the burgundy. Overall I would definitely recommend both for darkening and for insulation on big windows.

The best mechinical pencil
These are the most comfortable pencils. Pentel changed the design and no longer make this particular model. I feel so blessed that I do hope I have a life time supply now.

Lightweight, but holds style, great shine
