  This person is an unethical trader. After winning an auction for a Toylander, and paying via Paypal, they demanded I ask for a refund and pay them cash. Nowhere in the advert did it say "cash on collection" Obviously trying to dodge paying Paypal fees, they cancelled the purchase without consulting me and no dissapointing my little boy on his Birthday present. This will be reported to Ebay.
