Great shoes, great comfort
I have worn Asics Nimbus shoes for years. For me, they provide the best cushioning.

Misleading
The quilt looks pretty in the photo but it is not really “patchwork”. Instead it is just fabric that has been printed with a patchwork design. I don’t believe it was described that way. Very disappointed. It was returned.

Good ideas and information but they are 15 years "old".
The book gave many, many good ideas but I had not paid attention to the publication date so I feel it did not have the latest information based on the latest research. Knowledge in this area grows and changes so quickly I would be interested to see how much of the data and suggestions presented in this book are still held by medical professionals.
