  the item I received seem to be defective, presumably from shipping. still though the seller was willing to work with me and made the return process hassle free. I only wish I could have sent back the item too because now it feels as though I've cheated them in some way by getting both the product (even though defective when functioning) and to keep the money. in the end the seller was great to work with, seemed genuine, and I wish them luck.

  I DO NOT say this lightly when I WARN you to AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. In 11 years on eBay and as a high volume seller myself this has been the worst experience EVER. This person held my money hostage for almost a month and I had to go through eBay to get it back. Claimed they shipped then never responded back after I asked for tracking. Sent several messages. Never answered one of them. SELLERS LIKE THIS ARE THE EXACT REASON PEOPLE ARE HESITANT TO SHOP ON EBAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
