Still, that is 100% on me. I should have caught that. I never want to disappoint a customer, but Larry could not have been more forgiving and understanding. More than I could have asked or hoped for. Moreover, he helped me diagnose an unknown issue that is covered by the manufacturer warranty. Just grateful to come across a professional and kind buyer. Strongly inrecommend!

Offers Some Significant Relief...
This donut ring chair cushion does offer some significant relief from my coccyx pain. For my 194 pound body, it does compress after 15-30 minutes or so, requiring me to allow it to expand once again to return to its' full volume. The one improvement I would suggest is rating the pillow based on weight ranges, having thicker cushions as the weight requirements increase. On another note, there is an outer mesh covering that unzips for washing.
I have tried several cushions before, and this is, by far, the best choice I have found. This product is well worth the meager price charged.
