A quality product
The Stubai 5 piece set hit my door step fast and I quickly whipped them out of their packaging for inspected - I found that they felt good in my hand, were well put together and needed a little finishing to make them truly razor sharp.
After a few laps on a leather strop all performed really nicely, so much so that two have replaced some of my more expensive Swedish knives.
Given the price point, this set is a absolute bargain as similar quality and design can cost 4 times the asking price.

Hultafors mini hatchet
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich As a woodworker, I have come to appreciate old world Swedish tools from producers such as Anton Berg and Mora, when it came to purchasing a quality axe and hatchet, I heavily researched the market and settled on Hultafors.
I took delivery of my mini hatchet only days after ordering (Thank you) and must say that my expectations were met completely - wow, what a beautiful thing it is, completely unique, beautifully hand made and sharp.
I can state that after 2hrs of consistent use, the mini hatchet remained sharp and is an absolute pleasure to use - I'd stripped the bark off a 9ft length of Birch
with less far less fatigue and enjoyed every minute of it.
After I'd sawn the Birch, I decided to find out how sharp I could get my mini hatchet, I grabbed my 6000 grit diamond sharpener and gave it 6-10 strokes on either side - now I'd heard that professional wood-chop competitors could shave with their axes, and I always test a blade by shaving a small space on my wrist so off I went, I ran the blade over my left wrist and effortlessly removed some hair.
I don't know about you, but for me, owning a hatchet that I'm capable of shaving with is bloody impressive, and the fact that it comes with a 50 year guarantee is mind blowing.

Great product - quality
Really impressed, this thread is nicely finished and very strong.
The colour was an excellent match to the images which is not easy to do.
I'd certainly purchase here again, I'm happy to have found a quality supplier who provides a superb product.
