Axle continued to pop out. Installed the factory retaining ring and axle stayed in. Probably could have opened up the aftermarket ring, but just went with the factory one.

Item came as described. Washers ID was too small and had to drill them out to make them work. Will also need to provide your own rubber bushings as the hardware kit does not provide it. Nut and zip tie fit though.
