Powerful, truthful and compassionate.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Being a man and reading this book made me angry at first and there was a lot of stuff I really did not want to face, but I wanted to be open and honest and have to admit that the book presents a lot of truths about verbal abuse and narcissistic men. I really didn't think I had and narcissistic traits but I found that I had more than I thought and I really want to repent and deal with it. I was abusive also and it helped me to see what subtle abuse can cause and it magnifies the actual abuse I had done. It's amazing what bringing things to light can reveal. It also reveals how our culture really doesn't deal with abuse as we ought to and how harmful it can be in a seemingly innocent but deceptive way.
