  Watch was listed as new without tags, but was visibly scratched on one side and running slow by at least 2 minutes per hour (see below pics taken soon after the item arrived). I returned it for a refund and would have left things there, but the seller contested this with eBay, falsely claiming I had sent it back in worse condition. So much for me giving him the benefit of the doubt! I've been on eBay for 25 years and have seen some cheeky shenanigans, but this takes the cake. Avoid this seller.
