So much information for soaking, sprouting and great recipes for my parrots
I love A Parrots Fine CuisineCookbook and Nutritional Guide. I’ve been wanting to feed my 7 parrots a healthier diet. I always heard about sprouting and soaking but thought it sounded so complicated. They have set up a table to help even us beginners as to when to start your soaking and sprouting and what you need to do during the process. There are some absolute great recipes that my birds are living. I feed everything from a lovebird, 3 species of amazons, a cockatoo and a Hahns macaw. I feel better knowing that I am feeding my birds a healthier diet now thanks to this book.
