Sous Vide at Home: The Modern Technique for Perfectly Cooked Meals - GOOD

Sous Vide is so limited the expense is not worth it.

There is minimal guidance and recipes for this style of cooking. The book is a good cook book with good divisions. I followed the recipe for sirloin to the letter. None of the steaks were edible. Very disappointed.
