  Sad to say there was a small hole in the neck when received, but there were a couple of small porcelain chips in the box, so I can only assume that occurred in shipping. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and all, so can't blame the seller. It can easily be hidden by a high collar or ribbon, and the doll has a lovely face, and I am planning to re-wig and re-dress it, so it is still works for me. Positive rather than neutral review because the sell was very kind to accept my best offer.
