Very good quality but poor fastener design

Hello, I received my order, the product is exactly what you advertised and it is of high quality. However the fastening system is very bad, the design of the crossed bands in the back it does not support well and it makes a scissor effect on the neck. You should review this design based on the system of bras a horizontal band that is adjusted with Velcro and two straps that attach to this band. It would be simple, easy to adjust and comfortable, which is not at all the case with your current design for sizes 8XL and up.
