  The service from this company is truly exemplary. My order was advised by the mail service as delivered, but I hadn’t received it. Gustidallitalia immediately despatched a replacement, on an even quicker service. They didn’t wait for the first package being discovered (it was found wrongly delivered four days later). The No-fuss response, the No-questions asked replacement, the speed of delivery of this same replacement, it was all incredible service. This company is highly recommended.

  Love it! Bit different to the other Bialetti we had, but apparently similarly 100% Italian. The seller was amazing, kindly packaged the item into a nice box as its original box was destroyed. No complaint! Grazie mille! Good quality, worth its price.

  Purchased this coffee pot item description said NEW, when arrived this had been used quite alot with permanent coffee stains in the funnel and the base of coffee pot, also lack of communication regarding the matter for returns. Opened a case with Ebay which has now been resolved, would not buy again from this seller.
