Bought for help with pain
I am a victim of osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia both of which causes severe muscle and joint pain. I purchased the heated mattress pad in the hopes of getting relief from this pain. Well, I have been successful, thankfully. It does not completely eliminate all of the pain and discomfort but it does reduce it dramatically. The warm even heat that I have all night relaxes the muscles and soothes my joints allowing me to get a much more restful sleep. I hope my experience will help others too. Good luck.
