Beautiful pictures. Writing is intriguing with history and culture.
This was a gift for a family member who visited England. She really enjoyed it! I read it as well. I have not been to England. I think it's a book that would be more appreciated by someone who lives there or has been.
The little bits of reflection/information were interesting, particularly the historical bits. There's a lot of great tidbits of information in this book.
The watercolors of the plants are gorgeous. My favorite part may actually be the pencil drawings that go with them of different buildings or ancient structures.
Quite a unique and beautiful little walk through England.

Well Researched
This is more in depth than I anticipated. I'm quite happy with it. The author has so many sources! It's refreshing to read a well-researched book.

Powerful Poetry
This poetry is amazing. If you've listened to Jane/Nightbirde's song lyrics, you will know she was a poet. While I've not had cancer, I've had other serious health problems. Can relate on so many levels.
