  Very pleased & surprised to receive the handbag before Christmas due to the late date of my bid. Item exactly as described. Packed well. Seller included a nice note. Would definitely do business with her/him again.

  Item wasn't tracking,contacted seller,they were suppose to get back to me,in meantime I visited post office 3 times only to be told only label was only thing printed,they didn't have item,after almost 3 weeks finally requested refund,seller thought I should wait longer to see it it turned up,had to go through Ebay to get refund,and was told by Ebay seller failed to provide them with a vaild tracking number and Ebay issued my refund in less than 24 hours.

  This negative comment does not give the whole truth. I do have a valid tracking number, but because I left the item in a bin at the post office directly without getting it scanned now I am the one who is without the product. I never asked you to go to the post office. I recently bought that expensive makeup palette and decided to list it to sell. I never asked you to wait more than the time allowed, and was planning on refunding you what you had paid. The post office lost my package.
