No response or communication. Marked the item shipped and untracked, not to authenticator. On August 30thEbay cancelled the order due to seller not shipping for authentication or responding. It is clear seller didn't get the price they wanted and didn't add a reserve price so just decided not to ship. I would understand if they reached out and said they didn't want to sell at that price.

Navy Blue Eyeliner
I really like this brand. It goes on smoothly & evenly. I don't spend a lot of time on makeup, so this is pretty fast to apply. :)
