I describe things honestly and as I would want them described to me and my pictures form part of the description, if its in the picture, its in the description, however if a problem does occur then please contact me first.
Regarding photographic items, I am a film trained photographer, RAF trained with 50 years experience, my descriptions there will be accurate and as detailed as I can make them.
When marked as despatched, it means the item is in the system and on the way to the buyer, and will always sent tracked and/or signed for.
